We ship across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping costs for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Velvique Skin products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
