Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout, typically arriving within [X–X business days] domestically. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Velvique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs (for international orders), but we’re happy to help track down a lost package. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
